If you know which therapist you would like to see, leave your contact information at their extension and they’ll get back to you with some possible appointment times and get you started. If you’d like to make an appointment but need help deciding which of our therapists is right for you, send an email to our Executive Director, Elaine Hamilton (firstname.lastname@example.org), with information about what kind of help you are looking for and what days and times you are available. She'll set you up with someone from the team who will take good care of you.
Our fees vary per therapist based on level of experience and training. Typically the fee for a licensed therapist is higher than the fee for a registered intern. For licensed therapists, the standard fee is $135-$150. For registered interns the fee will range from $100-$125.
Fees are due at the time of service and can be paid by cash, check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
We are an out-of-network provider and do not directly bill insurance for treatment. However, we find that many insurance providers will cover our services. Your therapist can provide you with a “super bill” which is a type of receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
